Please note that all sales are final; we do not accept order cancellations or returns once your purchase has been confirmed, unless your item arrives damaged.

Any items that are defective or have suffered damage during shipment can be returned to us for a replacement item, or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.  In this event, please use the "contact" form on the website to contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence of the damages for authorization and instructions to return the item(s). We reserve the right to assess the damage before accepting any return, issuing any credit or shipping any replacement. 

When returning damaged items, please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid further damage during transit.
